The little creamy-white flowers are encircled by colorful papery bracts that start out coppery and then grow to white and brilliant pink colors. The marbling of the two shades is possible in some Mary Palmer Bougainvillea Plant bracts. Occasionally, the plant produces solely pink bracts.

Bougainvilleas are bright, semi-deciduous climbing plants with long-lasting blossoms that will give any yard a tropical vibe. These beauties are an excellent pick for climbing over garden obstacles and hiding ugly constructions such as walls, fences, and fences. The smooth, big, dark green leaves make an ideal contrast to the flowers all year, depending on weather and soil moisture. It is a thorny, robust plant that requires plenty of space.
