How do we pack the plant and deliver it?

Plants are packed in corrugated box with cushioning done to absorb the shock even if the box is thrown from 10 feet distance.

Here is how a customer got our product. This will give you the clear idea of the packing and delivery.

Orders and Shipping

Q1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Ans. Usually, we send the order the next day. You may get in 2-6 days depending on the city. For faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping.

Q2. How do I track the status of my order?

Ans. After the order is shipped, you get an email notification with the tracking link. You can track the movement of the bonsai plant there.

Q3. Will my items come in one package?

Ans. With more than 1 lacs bonsai plants shipped, you can rely on our shipping system. That’s what we do at the best. 🙂

Q4. Will you help in taking care of the plant?

Ans. We, not only, sell the bonsai plants, we help you own it. So you should not be worried about the caring as long as you can give time to it. Don’t think that you can buy and forget it. You’ll need 5 minutes to water your plant. If you can do, we are all in to help you in shaping it up.

Q5. Do I need Fertilizer?

Ans. Bonsai Plants are live creature. So like we human, they also need food, water and air. So yes, it needs fertilizer


Returns and Exchanges

Q1. What is your returns policy?

Ans. If any product received by you is damaged/ defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at +91- 9315569090 (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday – Saturday) or send us an e-mail with 3 photographs (different dimensions) of the same at [email protected], within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will either deliver a new product or refund the amount to you. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by Abana Homes, it takes 8-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

Q2. I received the wrong item

Ans. In case you get the wrong product, we will happily replace it.

Q3. My order arrived damaged

Ans. If any product received by you is damaged/ defective, you can let us know the same. Q4. How do I receive customer support?

Ans. Best way to reach us is on WhatsApp at 9315569090. But you need to be a little patient. That’s the care number.

Q5. What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Ans. That’s what we avoid at all possible cost. Please make sure that the address that you are putting is correct and best possible to navigate for anyone. Add as much as information you can put. You must understand that a failed address can kill the plant in transit and there is no refund in that case. Also, we will not sale any further plant to you.

Q6. Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Ans. You can change or cancel the order before it is shipped. So you have 24 hours time approximately to make your mind and change or cancel it. Once the order is shipped, it can not be changed, or cancelled.


Payments

Q1. How can I make the payment?

Ans. Currently we accept all forms of online payments. You can make the payment using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, Google Pay, PayTM, PhonePe etc. Also, the bank transfers are available. You can contact customer service team to get the bank details.

Q2. I want to pay using Google Pay or UPI

Ans. We accept all the UPI payment options. You can find the options on checkout page while making the payment.

Q3. Cash on Delivery is not available?

Ans. Currently, we don’t have any cash on delivery system. Our customers place the orders online with pre-payment.

Q4. Can I pay using NEFT/RTGS?

Ans. Yes, you can pay using any bank account. For details you can write us at vs at abanahomes.com 

Q5. Can I use international card?

Ans. Yes, you can use any international card to make the payment. Sometimes you may face the issue. You can always reach us at vs at abanahomes.com .

Ans. Wallet Balance or Cashback in any form is the virtual money given by the company to give you the discount on products. The usage percentage is decided by the company in various campaigns. Currently, you can your cashback upto 10% of the order value.
